19 Feb 2007 – NW
The HVAC guy works on the ducts under the main floor. Since the lower floor is 21" higher and the main floor elevation is unchanged, there is less room for ducts.

20 Feb 2007 – ESE
Lars kneels at the junction of the Great Room roof and main roof to snap a line for the cricket that will solve drainage issues at the Chimney (right). Meanwhile, the roofers work on the East side of the Great Room roof.

20 Feb 2007 – WNW
Brian works on the shed roof over the South exit of the lower bedroom area.

22 Feb 2007 – SW
Lars and Adam snap another line for the cricket. The complex angles take a long time to set up and cut.

22 Feb 2007 – NE
Paul test fits some of the ¼ ellipses for the Master Bedroom ceiling superellipse. The light shelf is not in place yet.

26 Feb 2007 – NNE
The last of the plywood goes on the Main Roof. Work continues on the shed roof below. The roofers should show up on the 28th to apply underlayment and metal.

26 Feb 2007 – NW
Laborers were brought in to unload windows and place them in the rooms they will be used. Here, they bring one into the Master Bedroom.

27 Feb 20007 – NE
Gary's idea for corners of the superellipse proved impractical. Paul had to fashion complex corner trusses with two inner surfaces whose angles change along their entire length. The light shelf is still not in place.

27 Feb 2007 &ndash WSW
The first window is installed. This is the East facing wall of the Master Bath.
