The framework for the superellipse is pretty much finished. All that remains is the light shelf and wall board. Gary made 40 of the ¼ ellipses, each consisting of two pieces of ¾" plywood glued together for strength.

The roof is on and the windows are in. Carpenters are working on the knee braces. That puts us ahead of August, 2005. Unusually warm weather has melted most of the snow and things are starting to dry out. High winds and blowing snow obscure the mountains to the North.

Starting the ducts for Mechanical Room #2. These are 3 of the 4 furnaces. Multiple small furnaces is the most cost-effective way for creating "zones" so we only heat and cool areas of the house at times they are in use.
